TSK齒科 | 年度病例研討會(huì)和差異化服務(wù)研討會(huì),以質(zhì)量筑牢根基,用服務(wù)傳遞溫度

近日,TSK齒科召開系列會(huì)議,對(duì)一年來(lái)的種植和正畸病例開展研討和總結(jié),并如何開展和提升差異化服務(wù)進(jìn)行專題討論,旨在持續(xù)夯實(shí)醫(yī)療基礎(chǔ)、提升服務(wù)內(nèi)涵,系列會(huì)議均以線上和線下相結(jié)合的形式召開。
Recently, TSK Dental held a series of meetings to review and summarize the cases of implantology and orthodontics over the past year. Additionally, focused discussions were conducted on how to develop and enhance differentiated services. These meetings were held through a combination of online and offline formats, aiming to continuously strengthen the medical foundation and elevate the quality of service.

01年度種植討論會(huì)
Implantology Conference
在種植病例研討會(huì)上,各診所種植專科醫(yī)生以病例匯報(bào)的形式,展示近期的種植病例,并由呂院長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行點(diǎn)評(píng)和指導(dǎo);同時(shí),百年茂診所主任黃劍醫(yī)生在會(huì)上發(fā)表了《種植并發(fā)癥的形成與對(duì)策》的專題演講;蔣旭總監(jiān)重申了TSK種植管理規(guī)范和《TSK醫(yī)療安全13條》等三項(xiàng)重要制度;呂院長(zhǎng)做會(huì)議總結(jié),強(qiáng)調(diào)要嚴(yán)格落實(shí)病歷檢查的要求,高效開展診所晨會(huì),也要注意發(fā)揮青年醫(yī)生力量。


During the implant case review session, specialist doctors from various clinics presented recent implant cases through case reports. President Lv provided comments and guidance, while Dr. Andy Huang, director of Brånemark Clinic, delivered a keynote speech titled “Formation and Strategies of Implant Complications.” Director Xu Jiang reiterated the importance of TSK’s implant management standards and emphasized three key policies, including the “TSK Medical Safety 13 Rules.” President Lv concluded the meeting by stressing the importance of strictly implementing case review procedures, efficiently conducting clinic morning meetings, and actively leveraging the talents of young doctors.
02年度正畸討論會(huì)
Orthodontics Conference
在后續(xù)召開的正畸病例討論會(huì)上,來(lái)自各診所的正畸專科醫(yī)生同樣以病例匯報(bào)的形式,展示近期正畸病例的治療情況,并對(duì)病例的難點(diǎn)開展討論,交流心得體會(huì)。會(huì)上,喻教授對(duì)每一個(gè)病例都進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的進(jìn)行點(diǎn)評(píng)和指導(dǎo),對(duì)于全體正畸醫(yī)生業(yè)務(wù)能力的提升起到重要作用。
In subsequent orthodontic case discussions, orthodontic specialists from different clinics shared recent treatment cases through presentations. They discussed case difficulties and exchanged insights. Professor Yu provided detailed comments and guidance for each case, playing a vital role in enhancing the professional capabilities of all orthodontists.

在各診所經(jīng)理和前臺(tái)客服經(jīng)理參加的“差異化服務(wù)研討會(huì)”上,各診所分享、討論了在提供“差異化服務(wù)”方面的做法和心得,并提出未來(lái)服務(wù)升級(jí)的關(guān)鍵,即從關(guān)注“我們做了什么”轉(zhuǎn)向注重“患者感受到了什么”。大家形成共識(shí):真正的個(gè)性化服務(wù),是讓每位患者體會(huì)“被看見”、“被記住”的共情體驗(yàn),源于對(duì)需求的深刻理解與細(xì)節(jié)處的主動(dòng)體貼。細(xì)節(jié)決定成敗,要求我們?nèi)w員工在服務(wù)中精益求精,持之以恒地傳遞醫(yī)療的愛心與溫度。
At the “Differentiated Service” workshop attended by clinic managers and customer service managers, each clinic shared their practices and insights on providing differentiated services. They also discussed future service enhancements, emphasizing a shift in focus—from “what we did” to “what the patient felt”. The consensus was that true personalized service entails patients experiencing “being seen” and “being remembered”, rooted in a profound understanding of their needs and proactive attention to details. The importance of details determines success or failure, requiring all staff to pursue excellence in service and to consistently convey medical care with love and warmth.

此次召開的系列研討會(huì),從種植、正畸的醫(yī)療品質(zhì)管控,到差異化服務(wù)的總結(jié)和提升,是年度工作的總結(jié),也為明年各項(xiàng)工作的開展奠定基礎(chǔ)。

These series of meetings, covering quality control in implantology and orthodontics as well as the summary and enhancement of differentiated services, serve as an annual review and lay a solid foundation for next year’s work.
